Question 2GB HDD NAS Drive format help

Can anyone assist me in trying to reformat a 2GB hdd from a NAS Drive, The NAS drive casing/connections failed leaving me with a HDD that my windows 10 PC wont recognise. When I plug it into the HD Dock, it throws up 6 disk needs formatting warnings as though there are 6 partitions. How do I totally reformat the drive so that my Desktop will recognise it, and therefore be able to use it for storage. Thanks for any advice

Just use the command prompt to wipe the drive and start it over.
