Building a computer for a buddy wondering if he should get a 4gb or 2gb GTX 760 for 1080P games. Most of the games will be newer and he wants them maxed with AA. So games like Witcher 3, Watchdogs, Battlefield 4. Demanding games. Would 760 be fine or should he stretch out and go for a 770?

Don't go for 4GB verion of GTX760. 2gb vram is sufficient enough for this medium-high eng GPU if you re playing games in single monitor set-up with 1080p. If you want better performance spend few buck more for r9 280x in the same price of 4gb version of GTX 760. Also GTX 770 is very powerfull card for 1080p gaming but it will cost you some more money. For battlefield 4, r9 280x provides better performance than GTX 760 or GTX 770. The choice is yours.
