[SOLVED] $2K Budget PC Build

I built my first PC while I was in college about 5 years ago with a $1K budget and I have finally decided that it is time for a new build. My plan is to up the anti a bit and build a computer with a ~$2K budget for 4K gaming. That said, I was hoping to get some feedback on the current build below to see if there is any compatibility issues, or if there is simply better parts to optimize the build by eliminating any bottle necks. This will perform lot better for 4K gaming. RTX2080Ti is recommended. At 4K res. the performance loss from R7 2700X over i7-9700K is not noticeable at all.

There's no point in spending a premium on Intel with an additional cooler if you're running a 4k panel. At 4k the graphics card is always the limiting factor. Be prepared to upgrade your high end graphics card frequently at that resolution. If you expect longevity out of a very expensive graphics card my recommendation is to go 1440p.
