[SOLVED] 2k resolution problem

Good afternoon. I will try to be succinct with the problem:

I'm currently playing Sekiro on PC, on a Samsung q90T tv. Everything is going perfect, 60 fps, game mode enabled, no presence of tearing after activating AMD VRR.... The "problem" comes with the resolutions.

I usually play in 2K resolution to ensure 60 fps (since 4K-60 is not enough for my PC). The issue is that playing in this resolution clearly darkens the image. While when I use 1080p and 4K resolution I can leave the brightness set to level 5 (the standard in most games), when using 2K resolution the image gets very dark, forcing me to set the game brightness to the maximum (level 10), to get the same brightness level as in the other resolutions.

I attach a couple of images in the brightness menu so you can see how in the first one in 4k the figure on the right is perfectly visible, and in the second image in 2k it disappears completely (keeping in both photos the game brightness at 5).

My doubt is why this sudden drop in brightness when using this resolution only, I do not see the sense, since neither the game nor the TV settings change by changing resolution in the game, see if anyone knows what could be the problem. Thanks.

Solution
I know 1440p on 4k displays isn't a good match as apposed to 1080p is with upscaling. Try using Amd's vsr to add 2k resolution in game whilst remaining at 1080p on desktop and see if brightness is still darker.
