[SOLVED] 2nd gen intel or fm2+ board?

Looking for a budget build for an older person for basic stuff. I've found 2 deals locally, I would prefer tha LGA1155 board, because i3 21xx series are quite cheap, but the amd board has more features like Sata3, Usb3 and it's cheaper as well. Ram and storage is not included only case and power supply
EDIT: downside of the intel board - SataII and Usb 2.0 only

  • HP 6200 MT with G850 cpu
  • MSI A68HM GRENADE FM2+ with A6 5400k
Which one shall I pick?

You can drop in a higher end APU later down the road and yet retain the SATA 3 and USB3 functionality. The Intel platform, unless it's an H67 motherboard or higher, you're not getting USB 3 or SATA 3. H61 would mean everything is version2, SATA + USB.
