Question 2nd licence for already used usb

Hi, I have moved windows 10 home from old to new pc and reactivated the license to the new pc. The old pc still has windows 10. Can i just buy a new license for the old pc install or do I need a new install aswell?

No need to reinstall. Just input the new license key and activate.
