2nd monitor is detected but shows no signal

I got a rtx 580, with 2 hdmi ports, 2 display ports and a Vga port. I am using my Primary Monitor with a Hdmi cable, and it works just fine. Recently, i found an old tv from my mom, i tried it out with my ps4, and it worked just fine. Then i wanted to use it as a second monitor for my pc, and it says in the windows 10 settings, that the display is detected, but on the Tv, it shows NO SIGNAL. Anyone know how to fix this.

It's possible the dual HDMI is only for VR headsets. I assume that's what you're trying to use the other TV on.

KEEP WIRED AND POWERED BOTH DISPLAY AND RESTART SYSTEM
