Question 2nd video card not working?

hi so i just finished my new pc build with 2x 3090 and when i try to run mining it only shows 125mh so one of them is not working right? i tried to put an hdmi cable to the 2nd video card and it say no signal. any help?

nvm got it you have to enable 4g decoder on pcie in bios
