Question 2tb Firecuda or 2tb Barracuda

Ok everyone, I've seen a lot of threads on this topic but mainly for movies and gaming. I want to know which option is best for me to get. I have the 3.5 firecuda 1tb as my main hard drive but due to music production plugins etc, it's 80% full. I want to add a 2tb to move all my music production files over. Which is suggested?

It's your preference. The Firecuda has a 8GB SSD cache built in, the Barracuda does not.
I personally don't find the Firecuda a worthwhile purchase, the measly 8GB is not worth the price premium to me.

2tb barracuda - $60
2tb Fircuda - $100

$40 Gets you a decent 240-256GB SSD

$35 - 240GB Crucial Bx500
