I am about to purchase 256 megs of PC133 SDRAM for my ABIT KT7-Raid/Duron 750. Other than the cost (it is marginally cheaper to get 2x128 that 1x256) and the fact that one solution takes 2 DIMM slots as opposed to 1, is there any benifit particular to either of these options?

I only know when I was buying my Mushkin the 256's wern't recomended for the Athlon boards. So I guess they are not as good or stable? Or maybe that was just at the time. Call 'em up and ask I talked to a real person at the time and they were quite helpful. Then buy what you want I really recomend Crucial ... sorry Muskin!!!
