Question 3.0 (2) ports no longer turn on HDD

I've used those ports for my hdds for over a year without problem, but suddenly it no longer provides enough power,
The HDDs are working fine, they work in the 2.0 ports
The 3.0 ports i believe are working, they can power my keyboard and mouse
But when i plug in an hdd nothing, no spin, no clicking, no noise, nothing in device manager or disk manager
