[SOLVED] 3.5mm jack or USB?

I have Creative sound blasterX g6 and Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO 80 Ohm. Shoud I buy microphone with USB and plug it to my pc or with 3.5 mm jack and plug it to my DAC? I use use my mic for speaking with my friends in games. And can someone tell why.

It depends on the mic you want to use and the quality you are aiming for. If you just want a MODMIC onto the cans those come as USB or 3.5mm depending on what you want. USB usually offers better clarity.
