3.5mm jack to USB

I want to talk my friends and listen to game sound. I'm thinking that i should get a 3.5mm jack to usb or a 3.5mm splitter can any of you guys find one i don't know what to look for. I live in Canada so i need Canadian prices.

So if i even try to get a splitter it still wouldnt work right? What if a got a 3.5mm to usb is it the same as a 3.5mm to two 3.5mm splitters.

I linked to a usb adapter... As I said usb will get separate streams. It's what I use, not that exact one but one that does the same thing. You can set teamspeak/ventrilo or whatever software to output to the headset via usb adapter and windows set to speakers so games and everything else goes to that.
