Tell Me Which One U Choose? (please dont just write an explanation without choosing one of the builds)

(I KNOW, I KNOW, I LOVE ASUS MAXIMUS/RAMPAGE MOTHERBOARDS)

Solution

Build 3 is best setup out of the three. However, realize that the 295X2 takes 500 watts on its own, so it is recommended that you have at least a 1200 watt PSU to feed it if not more so. AMD cards also push lots of heat compared to Nvidia. I have two Nvidia 780ti 3GB Classys in SLI with a Corsair AX1200i powering them with ease. and you save a bit of money compared to the one 295X2 in build 1.
Plus, you could save money by going with the 4790K and overclock it. That's what I have as well.

Solution
Those builds really aren't comparable. You really don't seem to have a firm grasp on your needs.

Do you need 250GB of storage(build 2) or 2TB+120GB(build 3) or a full 1TB of SSD(build 1)? These are all needed for very different purposes.

Do you need a 6 core processor? Is anything you are doing going to make use of it? Games will not, so if gaming is the purpose build 3 is wasting money on the CPU.

How much ram do you need? 8GB or 32GB? Again this depends on what you need to do.

Figure out what you want to do and what you need to do it and then you can construct a sound build, in the meantime none of your builds are a good choice.
