3 MONITOR DISPLAY SINGLE GPu

Hello I would like to ask you would the GTX 960 OC get 45fps on GTA v on triple 1080p monitors or i am justdreaming? I have seen the 960 getting 30fps on single 4K but i dont know for 3 1080p monitors

Could someone remind me how we calculate the resolution on 3 monitors?
