3 monitors - R9 270X not working

I recently bought 3 Samsung monitor with HDMI ports to connect to my R270X that has 2xmini-dp ports, 1xHDMI port, DVI-D, and DVI-I. I've tried many setups but can't ever get all 3 monitors working together. I can only get 2 on at a time, even though all 3 are recognized by Windows 10. I've been able to see monitor 1 and 2, 1 and 3, and 2 and 3 together. However, all 3 monitors have never worked together. Here's what I've tried so far.

Setup 1
1) 2 x mini-DP --> HDMI (works by itself)
2) I then connected an HDMI-->HDMI in the monitor and the monitor doesn't show anything.

Setup 2
1) Connected 2 x mini-DP--> HDMI and a DVI-D-->HDMI in the monitor.

Setup 3
1) 1 x mini-DP--> HDMI, 1 x HDMI-->HDMI, 1 x DVI-D-->HDMI.

The monitors are recognized by Windows 10 and in monitor settings, however EyeFinity doesn't see 3 monitors. I've tried for 4 hours changing monitor settings to at least get Windows to display 3 monitors in an any variation, without luck.

Any help is appreciated.

Are those active dp adapters?

The graphics card only supports up to 2 monitors through DVI/HDMI. You need DisplayPort or DP active adapters for any additional monitors beyond 2.
