Can anyone recommend somewhere to get a converter to change a 3-pin from the PSU to a 4-pin?

Not entirely sure what PSU it is but I have one of these attached to the molex, which gives lots of 3 pins but I now need a couple of 4 pins.

Or could I just get a replacement molex to 4 pin? I guess something like this:

Thanks

Compare the female fan connectors on the ends of the wires from your 3- and 4-pin fans. Each has a pair of ridges along one side that fit around the plastic "tongue" of the male connectors from your PSU adapter. For the 3-pin fans, these ridges will seem centred. But for the 4-pin fans, it looks offset a bit, and Pin #4 is beyond the two ridges. On the MALE outputs you would need to cut off the one side that prevents that Pin #4 area of the female connector from fitting in. Doing that will allow your 4-pin female connector to make contact on Pins 1 and 2 with the male output.

A new adapter as you linked to would make it easy, of course - no cutting!.
