Question 3 Problems... Dead machine?

Hi, this might be here 100 times, but I just tried everything in one thread to no avail (Problem 2) ... 3 problems... If a mod wants me to post 3 separate messages, I will do so, but for now will say all 3.... First off, I was having an issue when the popup for saving a password wouldn't go away unless I clicked it 4 or 5 times... Thinking I was infected, I did a COMPLETE restore... All files wiped... Took a couple of hours...

1) Upon going through the setup, it didn't wipe it. It still remembered searches I had done and 1 app (TCP View) was still there...

2) Windows Defender doesn't work... Get the error "Page not available: Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access is not available. Contact IT helpdesk for more information"... As described, I tried everything... I have had this problem twice on Win11, and both times it resolved itself.

3) Installed Malwarebytes, and it only takes a minute and a half to scan... That isn't reliable, but could be a reason everything isn't working... Deleted MB, and no luck with Windows Defender whether it's there or not... Before trying to reset, both were being used with no problem.

Also, in the system tray, the Windows Defender logo is there with a Green checkmark, so ???

I think it's because MS constantly adds new bloatware to the system, of course stuff that most people don't want.

Perform clean reinstall.
Not reset - complete clean reinstall.
Delete all existing partitions. All previous data will be gone.

Actually it's not. Most problems are because users don't design, build, setup, configure, or manage their systems properly.

Thanks, worked for the most part... Got rid of the app and Windows Defender works now. It remembered my searches though. That's fine.
