3 programs running in task manager without description or username

i have 3 files running in task manager winlogon.exe, csrss.exe & atiecll.exe however none of these have a description or username.

ATI,,,,do you have an ATi (AMD) video card?

AVGUI....do you have Avast?

ATI? I have an MSI R7 260X Video card
AVGUI? i have 2015 free version of AVG

I have scanned with several anti virus programs AVG, Norton, Kaspersky, Hitman pro, Malwarebytes come up with a few detections so i cleared the viruses however my computer still seems really slow & has a high cpu usage when idle which is why i can't understand why 3 pc process in my task manager has no description or username. I have also noticed one of the svchost.exe is using 215,312k cpu usage.
