3 stand-offs only

I buy a thermaltake versa h21 and only come with 3 stand-offs, is a problem or is okay?
I have a gigabyte H97M D3H

That case has pre-built standoffs.
You may need these 3 stand offs for any motherboards that have more mounting holes not lined up with the prebuilt stand offs.
