Through some research I've found that the cheapest best set up I can get for the money will be the benq rl2455hm. Now I'm not completely sold on them, but for all 3 I can get them for $505 through ncix's sale. Are these monitors suitable for a triple monitor set up, or should I look at other options?

For my graphics cards, I'm planning on getting sli gtx 980s, either the twin frozr or the gigabyte g1 editions. What are yall's opinions on these graphics cards? Are they suitable for the set up I'm trying to go for?

Thanks for any help!

With dual 980's you'll defenty be able to run your games at probably ultra settings.
Connectivity on these cards also seems to be okay, the monitors have a VGA, DVI-D and x2 HDMI inputs. The MSI card comes with x3 Displayport, x1 HDMÌ and x1 DVI-I, and a DVI-I to VGA connector.
Difference on the Gigabyte card is that you'll get one DVI-I port extra.

So with the MSI card you'll need a Displayport to HDMI adapter, whereas you might just be able to use dual DVI-I and HDMI on the Gigabyte.

I prefer the MSI card myself but i think you should go for the Gigabyte instead in this situation.

I don't really know what other options are out there for monitors, you should simply go for something that doesn't have a huge left and right bezel. I...

Hope this helped! :)

Thanks for answering with so much information! So if I were to go with the MSI card and also picked up a display port to hdmi, would they all look/run the same, or would one of them have different colors? Thanks for the reply again!

Well you might end up with a slight difference in color.

VGA will probably differ a slightly bit, the signal is converted from digital to analog, then back again when it reaches the monitor.
HDMI could also look different, but that would be if Nvidia control panel detects it as a TV, should be easy to change in Nvidia control panel.

The difference on VGA should be small, and probably not worth getting another Displayport adapter and HDMI cable for.

EDIT: If one of the monitors still looks different, then you could just calibrate it to match the others.
