Question 30 FPS in Delta Force 2025 (Black Hawk Dawn)

I have Acer laptop with
i5 1240P
16 GB DDR4 RAM
GTX 1650 4 GB

I am getting 30 FPS in Delta Force (2025) Black Hawk Dawn. I have turned all setting to "Low" but still no use.
As per game requirements, I guess I have sufficient power to run the game but am I missing something?

Since it's one of the latest games I suppose one would need a stronger pc to run the game as intended regardless of what the minimum or recommended specification say, mostly that will always be the case with every pc game.

Unless of course it's one of those games that are capped to a certain fps, regardless of what hardware it's played on.
