So, I've got a RTX 2060 SUPER yesterday.
When I opened discord and pointed the cursor at a avatar I had legit 15 or even lower fps in discord. When I opened CS:GO and moved my mouse (in menu) I had insane fps drops to 10 fps. But when I joined a game with bots everything was perfectly fine please help.

Thanks.

It might be as simple as a driver issue, or maybe your PSU isn't up to the job.

A poor quality 550 Watt PSU don't always supply the advertised watts and amp.

If you open your PC case, the PSU model name, brand, specs and everything else should be listed on a sticker on the side of the PSU. That is important information, so you should make sure to post it here in your thread. You can take a photo of the sticker, or you could write down the make and model number.

Driver :
Download and and extract DDU (display driver uninstaller) from Guru3D's website.

Reboot into Windows Safe Mode.

Select Nvidia driver, and click "clean and restart".

The PC will reboot

reinstall the most recent Nvidia driver, and see if that helps...
We're going to need more information. Please list your current system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

include the make and model of your prior GPU and the age of your PSU. Did you use DDU to uninstall your prior GPU's drivers before removing the older GPU from the system?

CPU: i7 4770k 3.50 ghz
Motherboard: (idk but its old)
Ram: 16 gb
SSD/HDD: ssd 447gb
GPU: rtx 2060 super
PSU: 550w
Chassis: (idk what's that)
OS: windows 8.1
