30 or So Windows Updates Failed to Install

Hi all,

I recently refreshed my Windows 8 installation, so last night I was in the process of bringing it back up to date through windows updates.

I am at the stage where Windows 8.1 is ready to go back in however I noticed that about 30 or so out of 150 updates failed to install. Would you recommend these go in first?

Could the reason they have not went in because a later update has came along and replaced it? Am I just talking complete cow dung?

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

From my personal experience, I wouldn't worry about it. Windows updates are horrible. As long as windows is working, I see no problem

Well Windows 8.1 went in and all the following updates downloaded and are showing as installed correctly so it seems that it's sorted itself out. Thanks for your response huss987.
