Hello,

Recently i bought a GTX 780ti and have been experiencing some problems. When i play some of my games i will freeze for a few seconds and then get bad frames the rest of the time while playing. After that i go do a benchmark on MSI Kombustor and see that the POWER TDP% is only at 30 when it should normally be at 99-101. Im wondering what i should do or what the problem could be. When i reboot my system and redo the benchmark i get 99-101 Power but then the frame problem happens again in the game and repeats that cycle. Thanks

SPECS:
CPU:i7 4770k (Stock) with watercooling
GPU:GTX 780 ti
Mb: Gigabyte B85-HD3
PSU:Solytech SL-8600eps 600w
RAM: 16gb (Unknown Speed)

Solution
The gtx 780Ti requires 42A on the 12V rail and a 600W PSU minimum.

Your psu doesn't provide sufficient power because it does not go over 40A on the 12V rail.

It's probably why there's such a performance drop, there's not enough power going into the card due to this.
