300$ Gaming PC?

Hello, I'm new to pc gaming and was interested in custom building a computer and was wondering if anyone was able to create a pc with a budget of 350$ The games i'm interested in running is minecraft, league of legends, and h1z1. buy a better power supply and hard drive as the base. then when he has more funds by the newer pascal gpu when it drops in june or pick up the newer 960/960ti if nvidia drops a 960ti.

I know this might sound really silly but I am new to building pc's, isnt there supposed to be a graphics card or something? Or is it not needed.

minecraft at 70fps on high settings
and im sure it will blow Leage of legands out of the water

the pc builds with the amd cpu and gpu are slower then the g3258 and the newer g4400 cpu from intel. as i posted there is onboard gpu on my build till he can get funds for a better gpu then the 750ti. if he can wait and save up some more money around june nvida and amd may be dropping there newer pascal gpu and amd atric island gpu. he better off saving his money till he has 800.00 so he can buy i5 and a ssd and a good gpu. the parts you dont want to skimp on is the mb/cpu/power supply. also if he has to keep this build awile..the amd 6300 and fm2 mb are dead when the zen cpu drops latter on this year on a new mb platform. with a 1151 mb he be able to drop in one or two newer cpu.
