$300 Streaming PC

What are the best parts to build a PC for ONLY streaming under $300 / $350? I would be streaming gameplay from my PS4 to twitch while using OBS. I have never build a PC before. I will never game with this PC, it is only for streaming!

Buy an enterprise level refurb. Should be able to pick something around 4-5th gen for that. I suggest a Dell or HP workstation.

IMO would look for a Dell OptiPlex or Precision with an i7. As far as specific model number I am no help.
