300 Velociraptor Squealing

I have a new WD 300 GB Velociraptor and when running Defrag it is squealing! I hear the normal clicks and such but compared to a pair of WD 74 GB Raptors which I never hear any type of squealing from I was wondering if this is normal for the 300?

Squealing? That's DEFINITELY not normal. I've got a pair in RAID and they're nearly silent (they're quieter than my 1TB Caviar Black).

Not normal. As cjl, they're basically silent--I can't hear mine whatsoever.

Yea, if its new I would send that back for a replacement. Chances are its going to die not to far down the road.
