[SOLVED] 3000mhz memory on Asus TUF B460-Plus?

Hello, I've just upgraded from 16gb 2400mhz RAM to 32gb 3000mhz HyperX Predator. My motherboard support up to 2933mhz, but my PC won't work when I set it that high, why is that? Also, my CPU is i5-10600k

And they were using an Asus ROG STRIX Z490-F GAMING. It is absolutely normal to be able to use memory with such a high frequency. It is even one of the two differences between Z490 and B460 boards. The other is the possibility to overclock K CPUs.

With i3/i5 CPUs the boards limit the speed to 2666 Mhz. It is a feature of the b460 chipset. Same with...
