My new wireles wifi adapter doesn't work om dell optiplx gx 620 on os Windows 7
It is showing that device is not worki ng properly because Windowscannot load drivers required for this device (code31) pls help how to make it work

The GX 620 doesn't have support for Windows 7 as stated on Dell's support site. You could try and install the drivers in compatibility mode:
Right click installer>Compatibility Tab>Windows XP (from the drop down menu)
