[SOLVED] 3060 Ti shows low usage only when playing Warzone ?

Specs: i7 8700, 3060ti, 16gb ram(don't know mhz)
The problem only occurs in warzone, reaching barely 100fps at lowest settings. When I open task manager, CPU:67%, RAM:99% and GPU:40% usage. It seems that there is a problem in rams but cant pin point it.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Can you take a screenshot of Task Manger -> Performance tab -> Memory page?

I have 32GB RAM and Warzone consistently uses 13.5 GB. Total system RAM usage = similar to what the OP is getting.

As for the FPS issue - you may have to go to your adv_options config file and adjust the video RAM value to 0.85 or 0.9 - it may be set too low and thats why you are getting low usage specifically in Warzone.

Its in the folder c > users > "username" > documents > call of duty modern warfare > players

OS takes some and if a lot of programs is opened etc that 16GB of RAM with warzone can top off at 100%.

16GB of RAM is starting to be short just for some games IF a lot of stuff is opened in the background.
