Question Can I connect my Dell docking station with my ASUS Vivobook laptop?

I have a Dell docking station (K20A) that works fine with my Dell laptop.

However I cannot get it to work with my ASUS Vivobook K3605Z laptop. When I connect it says 'USB device not recognised'. Is there any adapter/additional kit/downloads I can do or do I need a different docking station for my ASUS device?

So I bought myself a new docking station (Selore) and that is compatible with my ASUS Vivobook and is working.

However I still can't get my Dell screens to work. I've plugged the Dell screen into the Docking Station via the DP port (the laptop doesn't have this port itself) but the Dell Screen isn't picking anything up.

So my new question is this: Are Dell screens (and mine is P2419H) compatible with ASUS Vivobooks?
