Question MSI MPG Velox 300R PZ

Would using a Gigabyte x870 Eagle WiFi 7 motherboard in MSI MPG Velox 300R PZ work ? I know the Project Zero is rear mount. Just wondering if it is doable without being "messy" cable routing.

The case has cutouts with rubber grommets at the top and edges of the motherboard area/tray, not just the cutouts behind the motherboard for back connect boards;

so yes you should be able to work with regular ATX motherboards, not just Project Zero boards;

Thanks for the input and video. Hopefully the fan controller will work with the MB. I will go ahead and order the parts and give it a try.
