Yeah, it'll drop into your motherboard but I'm concerned about the make and model of your PSU and it's age since people who have an A320 chipset are often people who have very cheap or low end parts - read that they will need some upgrading love as well.

You will be just fine with those specs.
I have a similar rig and a 3060 TI is impressive to say the least.
In Rust I get 100-120 FPS with ALL settings at max at 1080p.
