Question 3060TI stuttering in games

Just got a new computer and when I'm playing some games(Lost Ark) when my fps drops it stutters big time. I ran a Benchmark and it says my computer is preforming under what most people are with my same computer. I'm new to gaming on PCs and am having a hard time figuring out why my PC is under performing, any help would be greatly appreciated.

nope. that not work it said, it said you are at 56% compare to all, include people with much better spec

what resolution?
brand and model of the psu?

Ya, but when you scroll down the components are performing below expectations.

I managed to get everything working as expected except my SSD drive. any thoughts as to why that would be under performing?
