Question 3070ti Low FPS warzone. Please help!!

Ok So I upgraded my gpu from 1070 to 3070ti. I saw people on youtube getting 180-200+ fps. And I am here sitting at 100-140 avg. I tried every setting at 1080p, even tried editing adv file in call of duty docs folder. Still No Luck. Also tried updating all drivers. My game is installed on sdd. My cpu stays at 50-80% usage sometimes it hits 100% but not all the time I made sure. And my gpu usage is 80-90 % but my gpu is total 310 watts supported and it only uses around 200-250 which is bit off to me.

Gskill trident z 8 x 2, 3200mhz =16gb ram
Msi gaming x trio 3070ti
Antec 650w gold psu
intel m.2 ssd 500gb

That tells me that your issue is bound to COD, not your pc
You should fiddle with the graphic settings within cod (like FOV) and see if it helps

Also, to me, cod is a mess of a game performance wise

The problem is your processor, series 9 are only capable of 3.0 pcie and the 3070ti already has the 4.0. Only 11th and next intel generations are capable of it. do you know what i mean? i had a i7-10700f and had the same problem so went to get the i7 11700K which is more than cable to support my 3070 ti and my 3080
