Question 3080 ti only using 210w, with afterburner monitoring thinking this is 100% of the power limit

What could cause this issue? I don't know when it appeared as I turned on cyberpunk today after a few months and I noticed i'm getting only 60 fps at 2k, then i saw the wattage at 210w. I checked windows power plan settings, turned off all power saving in bios, tried switching the PCI-e cables, nothing seems to work... I'm out of ideas...

What psu do you have there?

Maybe is a problem with newer drivers.. try with an older one
