I recently acquired a 3080 ti vision to replace my5700xt, but cant install latest drivers, the card runs great if i allow windows to update driver for the card v 472 but if i then try to instal any newer driver, the screen goes black and flickers and i have to reboot in safe mode and let windows install driver thats 18months old, the card works flawlessly with472 driver installed by windows, x370 board latest 51g bios,5700x cpu,32gb 3600ram,any ideas as its confusing the hell out of me.
