32 bit games lag on my 64 bit windows 10 !!!!

i m running a 64 bit windows 10 pc bt whenever i open a 32 bit game it starts to lag i think that if a game works on 32 bit pc it may also run on a 64 bit pc....i m confused plz help guys is there any solution for this problem ??

windows 10 anniversary update might be the problem
go to start > type "xbox" > go to the lowest tab on xbox called also "settings" > go to "GAME DVR" tab > then turn of the recording games.

Regardless of you're pc spec's the game can only run at 32 bit so it can only use 2GB of ram regardless of how much RAM you actually have, A good work around is to use the 4GB patch available here: http://www.ntcore.com/4gb_patch.php

It works realy well and is extremly easy to install, just follow the instructions given on the page.

What settings did you use? Though you have a PC with decent specs, you can't expect it to max out at all games with 60 fps. At ultra settings, you may get average of 45 fps in Assassin's Creed Black Flag and Far Cry 3. Your fps may also take a dip into the sub 30 range.

Get it from here: http://www.ntcore.com/4gb_patch.php

Just run the .EXE that you've downloaded and it'll open windows explorer and ask you to select Executable, find the exe file used to start the game in question, select it and that's it! The game you've used the patch on will now be able to use 4GB of ram instead of just 2! The only thing to remember is if the game is updated or reinstalled you need to run the patch again.

What framerates do you get? Check processor and graphic card temperatures with MSI Afterburner.

Use MSI Afterburner or similar utilities to measure the temperatures. If the CPU or the GPU is overheating, it may throttle down, decreasing your performance.

BTW what frame rates do you get? In which games? And with what settings?
