32 bit os, ddr2 4gb ram and want to buy 64 bit ddr3 2 gb graphics card

I have windows 10 Enterprise edition 32 bit, I have 4gb ddr2 ram of which 1 gb is hardware reserved, Intel dg41rq motherboard and Intel pentium 2.66 GHz processor. But I want to buy 64 bit ddr3 2 gb Nvidia gta 710 graphics card. Will it be supported by my computer

You meant the memory bandwidth. Graphics cards don't matter when it comes to 32 bit or 64 bit Windows OS or CPU. It will support your system.
