Question 3200 MHz ram running at 3800 stock

So I just bought a 16gb 3200mhz kit from Corsair for my dads new office computer and I put them in my gaming pc to test to make sure there not faulty. I boot it and and I get to the lock screen and a blue screen as soon as I start to type. This happens three times then I saw the ram was running at 3800 so I went into the bios and locked it at 3200 and it didn’t blue screen but both my monitors were flickering on and off and I started up a game and it blue screened again. Btw I have the latest nvidia drivers. And my motherboard takes past 5000 MHz ram, what is the cause of this and will his new pc experience this aswell?

You need to list the motherboard, processor, exact memory you bought and what memory you had in the PC you tried the new memory in.

Asus X-570 MINI ITX and Corsair vengeance RGB pro black 3200 mhz ryzen 5 3600 and I had 2400 MHz Corsair vengeance non RGB in my pc before
