[SOLVED] 3200 MHz RAM shows DDR4-2132 (1066MHz) in CPU-Z

In this tab of CPU-Z I have 1595MHZ in DRAM frequency which I think it's pretty close to 1600 you mentioned. However it still says DDR4-2132(1066MHz) in SPD tab.

And Do you know how should I interpret 3989MHz in 'uncore frequence'?

That's the default JEDEC speed(XMP disabled) listed and not the actual frequency the memory is running at... you're running at DDR4-3200 currently.

The Uncore represents the L3 cache, memory controller... basically the non-core parts. You shouldn't worry about that unless you're getting into advanced overclocking.
