Question 3200MHz DDR4 RAM running at 1600MHz even when A-XMP is on

Hi. I have 16gb of RAM (3200MHz more specifications on below). And I've set the A-XMP profile on BIOS on (Yes, I chose that profile where is 3200MHz). But still windows task manager and CPU-Z shows that my RAM speed is 1600MHz.
I have the newest version of BIOS. How can I solve this problem?

SPECS:
RAM: 2 x 8gb HyperX Fury 3200MHz CL18 (HX432C18FB2K2/16 )
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming plus

This is normal, DDR4 3200 runs at 1600Mhz.

Ddr = double data rate = 3200
