Currently I own a 2133MHz RAM. And I'm thinking to buy a 3200MHz RAM. As far as my knowledge goes, I've read that combination of 2 RAMs with same speed work better with each other. So my question is about the best combo that I can achieve?

3200MHz+2133MHz vs 2133MHz(underclocked)+2133MHz

And if I go for the third one in the future then:
2133x3(2 RAMs underclocked) or 2133+3200x2?

And yes I HAVE to use that 2133MHz one. No option for both 3200MHz

Regards

Actually there are no guarantees ever when mixing sets of DRAM, even with 2 sets of the same identical model of DRAM. Trying to mix diverse sets of DRAM can be even harder. Always best to get full amount in a single package. If you have to try and mix, best to get as near same as possible (data rates, timings, voltages, etc)

3200MHz underclocked to 2133MHz + 2133MHz should work?
