Question 3200mhz Ram running at 2133Mhz

I have 32Gb (4 sticks of 8gb) of Corsaire Vengeance LPX 3200mhz Ram, and I cant get my ram to run at 3200mhz, it just stays at 2133mhz. I have tried setting the DRAM speed to 3200mhz and have even tried turning on A-XMP, and nothing works, as CPU-Z and my command prompt says that all my ram is running at 2133mhz. It also says that the "max bandwidth" is 2133mhz, even though it is 3200mhz ram. Any help?

Nvidia Gtx 1060 6b
Msi B450 Gaming Plus Motherboard

No part number, so I don't know what you bought. Apparently. it's not a single kit.

Did you manage to get this sorted? I've got the 64GB kit (4x16GB at 3200MHz) and mine was initially running at 2133MHz on my Ryzen 7 3700X + MSI B550M Mortar.

I increased the voltage to 1.35v and I can get it as high as 2933MHz.
