32bit or 64bit

what version of windows 7 home should i install on my dell optiplex 745 desktop?
it has 3.5gb ram, intel e4600, ati radeon 5450 1gb,

Always go with 64 bit if your processor can use it and in your case it can. Virtually all 32 bit software will run on it yet 64 bit software cannot be run normally on a 32 bit system.
