got this kit cheap of friend CMZ32GX3M4X1866C10R
does someone have it on sabertooth x79 and oveclocked them?
or can just someone help me a bit which timing and voltage i should set to do not burn it?

mainly both as i convert movies and play games

i manage 2333 but unstable for longer and did not see any performance improvement in 3dmark ventage
so i go back to 2000mhz

Memory speeds above 1600mhz start to become trivial for the most part, if you want to go overclock memory for fun, go to 1866, it's safe and obtainable easily.
