Part List

I bought kit from Amazon (Link to kit I bought)
Timetec pinnacle 32gb x 4
they are not listed 1,2,3,4. So I took a sharpie and did so atleast so I know which one is which

In my last post I thought I had gpu/psu issue, although beyondlogic helped me to figure it was Ram.
I have four ram slots on my Z390 DIMMA1, DIMMA2, DIMMB1, DIMMB2
I left ram in A2, B2 as they are "FIRST" because I was crashing/freezing with all 4 filled.

Now I only have 16gb of ram. How can I go about seeing if all 4 will work altogether?
With only 2 slots filled I am able to use the PC, play games, this fixed my issue but I still want to have
32gb of ram.
Buy full new set? Trial and error it? incompatible with other set? Or could they just be faulty? any way to check.
Any help please

1. Is the kit listed on the QVL list for the motherboard?

2. Have you tried the same kit in A1 and B1

3. Have you tried the other two sticks in A2 and B2 as a 16GB kit

4. Have you updated the BIOS to the latest version?

Never heard of that brand so I looked at your link. Why didn't you just buy 2x16 memory it is cheaper and 2 sticks of memory have a much better chance to run than 4.

You might have to set the voltage manually the 1.35v they list in the ad is above the standard 1.2 that many bios set by default.
