Was wondering if I can get a cheaper video card...looking to run most games on low/med

Also if someone can explain how to install an OS or link me to it from piratebay

Two things.

One, I think you'll probably not want to ask for pirating software on a forum like this. I highly doubt anyone here's gonna help ya with that.

Two- you forgot a DVD or CD-ROM drive. Also, if you're looking to play games on medium-low settings, you could get away with a Radeon HD 7770 rather than a 7850. If you can at all afford the 7850, however, go with that. You may wind up with a bottleneck anyway, depending on the game, due to your choice of CPU, but that's not a guarantee.

You already have a case? The parts will perform well considering your budget. The mobo is cheap for a reason, but will work for basic use. The 965 is pretty good for $95.

the 650 is a really weak card you get a big jump in performance with a 7770 for $20 more.

Keep in mind that pentium is only a dual core. The phenom 2 is an unlocked quad so you can overclock with it. Also if you need to shave money you could look at a 7750.

As for pirating software, you do know Microsoft is selling windows 8 upgrades for like 40 bucks. You do need a qualifying product but that is probably the cheapest way to obtain an os.
