What psu? Really depends on quality

its a 75w card so yeah you should have enough power to run it as it gets it from the pci-e slot with no need for extra power adapters.
assuming its a decent 80+ rated 350w psu that is.

yeah you should be ok with that... its not exactly top of the line but will do the job
nvidia recomends a minimum 300w so you have some headroom on that unit. just not a lot.
